Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard times.

Just because the time is good or the mind’s stress free, doesn’t mean you slack off and forget the hard times. Cherish what you’ve today but don’t forget to prepare for the worst. Because:

Mental trauma can impair your normal working. You face difficulty trusting people (relationships) and getting a job (finances). Thus, mental trauma can slow down your life. It's important you forgive. Then, replace the old memories by creating new and good ones.
Parkinson's Law: Work fills up the time you assign it. You’ve a day to write an email? It’ll take you an entire day. Similarly, work contracts when you’ve to do a lot of work in a short amount of time. You’ve gym and running in the morning, office, meet a friend at lunch, and dinner with wife? You’ll able to squeeze it all within a day.
Talk about what you do and how you (your work) can help others. There are a lot of good people out there. They’ll help you to get ahead in life. Because your services are valuable and can make other people's lives easier.
Work hard.
Tame your mind with exercise & meditation and work more on your anger.
You must have a plan for the day. Else you will waste it, even if you wake up early.
Focus on your to-do list. Keep doing the tasks and keep ticking them off. Your to-do list will shrink; your confidence will grow.

Walking is the most beneficial yet the simplest exercise.
Collaborations will bring goodness in life. Give, give, give. Because no one can steal what's really yours.

With the title as the quote I was expecting something based on that.
